UK Shipping
Most online orders with a value over £95.00 excluding VAT will not be subject to a carriage charge, but large irregular shaped or heavy items such as Roof Racks, Bumpers Roof Tents or Awnings do not qualify for free shipping. For the free shipping option, an economy delivery service is used, this normally takes 3-4 working days for delivery from the date of your order. For this option please select the 'ENGLAND ORDERS OVER £95 FREE' option on the destination list when checking out. Please note this offer excludes the Scottish Highlands and all UK off-shore islands. If you require a faster delivery service, please select the 'MAINLAND ENGLAND/WALES' option on the destination list when checking out.

If you are placing a small order worth only a few pounds it is recommended that you contact us by phone or e-mail as we may then be able to charge you a lower rate than £5.00. Free delivery does not apply to trade or overseas orders.

Shipping outside the UK
We ship to most countries around the world. If you would like to find a shipping cost for your particular requirement, please add the item/s to the cart and select your country from the drop-down list, the shipping cost should then be displayed. For large or heavy orders you may see a message to advise you to contact us for a shipping cost. In these circumstances please email us with your requirements and your address, and we will reply with a shipping quotation.

Receiving orders at destination
Orders can either be shipped to the registered cardholder's address, or to an alternative delivery address.
Please note, if goods are required to be left because nobody is there to receive them, a note will need to be left visible to the delivery driver. Request to leave goods un-signed for will be left entirely at the customers own risk. Claims for good not received under these circumstances will not be considered. If goods are returned to us due to nobody being in to receive them, a delivery charge will be made to cover our cost of re-delivery.  

Shipping by post.
In an effort to keep shipping costs as low as possible, small lower value orders may be sent by post. Please be aware that this is a basic postal service and does not have any tracking facilities. We are not able to investigate the non-arrival of orders in these circumstances, and we cannot be help responsible for orders that are lost in the postal system or that do not arrive. If you would prefer a tracked service please select a Courier shipping method and not the postal option when checking out during the order process.
