AlliSport Intercoolers
AlliSport have been making high quality intercoolers for the domestic and performance market for over 12 years, and offer a wide range of products from road cars, off-road racing and other bespoke applications. The quality is second to none.
Constructed using ultra efficient vacuum brazed core design with internal "turbulators" to increase cooling capacity. CNC stamp cut for quality and consistency, and fully TIG welded by hand, all in-house. The increased cooling capacity together with the appropriate electronic tuning can allow performance to be increased to over 170BHP (Defender Tdci) with an improvement in fuel economy. Fuel economy increaces by, on average 10% with a reduction in cylinder head thermal stress. Thermal stress is actually reduced as the EGT or combustion temperature is reduced dramatically.
