Our range of SHADOW Tubular Defender bumpers is available for vehicles with or without factory fitted air-con. They are available in three verisons.
1. As a close-fitting version on vehicles without air-conditioning for a maximum approach angle and minimal bumper overhang which requires trimming the grille.

2. As a slightly extended version which enables winches to be fitted without trimming the grille panel on vehicles without air-con, or as a close-ftting version for vehicles with air-con when grille trimming would be required. This version can also be suitable for vehicles fitted with larger intercoolers where there is no space available behind the grille to take a winch.

3. As a fully extended version, for air-con vehicles where grille trimming is not required.

The adaptability of the design means that a wide variety of winches can be fitted, they are especially suited for Superwinch, Champion and Warn winches, though many other makes and types can be accommodated. We also produce a separate bumper for the Warn 8274. All the bumpers are available with or without an integral A Bar which has fitted spotlight brackets, and are able to take our optional tested Stainless Steel Swivel Recovery Eyes.

All types are supplied in the highest quality black powder coat finish. This coating system helps to ensure a long and durable life for whichever bumper you choose from the range.

Bumpers bolt directly on to exiting chassis holes in six places on standard Defenders without any drilling required. A full bolt kit and a pair of stainless steel number plate brackets is supplied with each bumper along with an illustrated instruction sheet. See our full range below.
