The high quality nylon Bridle rope is the2 metres x 24mm). It is intended to use with a kinetic energy rope and enable a kinetic or tow rope to be attched to 2 vehciel recovery points with the 2 shackles provided. The slight stretching characteristics of nylon means this rope is better to use than a poly rope as any minor jolting in use is absorbed.
Nylon has good weather and abrasion resistance and flexibility is unaffected by temperature. The firm favourite with experienced users, nylon also has better ‘scrunchability’ than the more springy poly rope, which makes it easier to store in the vehicle.
