The Lift-Mate is designed to operate in a manner that allows the vehicle wheel to be lifted rather than the axle or chassis. This greatly reduces the amount of travel needed to lift the wheeloff the ground to an adequate and safe height. It is ideal for 'stuck' situations when the wheel is in a rut and you want to place stones or a TracMat under the wheel.
